Tickets Cancellation/Refund Policy
- 100% refund if requested 45 days before the event.
- 50% refund if requested 31 days before the event.
- No refund if requested less than 30 days before the event.
Please note: Refunds will incur minus any transaction fees for processing both during booking and when sending back the money. Refund requests will be processed within 14 to 30 days, and in some cases, up to 60 days.
Payments:
The cost of your ticket in dollars will be determined based on the exchange rate of your bank at the time of purchase. Additionally, exchange fees may apply, and these can vary from one bank to another.
Event Cancellation or Changes
Techne reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the events due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible to participants.
