Tickets Cancellation/Refund Policy 

• 100% refund if requested 45 days before the event.
• 50% refund if requested 30 days before the event.
• No refund if requested less than 20 days before the event.

Please note: Refunds will incur minus any transaction fees for processing both during booking and when sending back the money. Refund requests will be processed within 14 to 30 days, and in some cases, up to 60 days.

Payments:

The cost of your ticket in dollars will be determined based on the exchange rate of your bank at the time of purchase. Additionally, exchange fees may apply, and these can vary from one bank to another.

Event Cancellation or Changes 

Techne reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the events due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible to participants.

Force Majeure 

Techne shall not be held responsible for delay or failure in the performance of any part of its obligations for any event that is beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, or global health emergencies.

By attending Techne Summit, participants grant permission to Techne to photograph, video record their image and/or voice and to publish, broadcast, or quote this material in public information programs and activities including, but not limited to, future events, speeches, on the internet, through multiple broadcast channels, and print media.

Techne Summit cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items at the event. Attendees and exhibitors are responsible for their personal belongings and valuable items. We encourage all attendees and exhibitors to take necessary precautions to safeguard their possessions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is held, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in for the resolution of any disputes.
